I dont own an XBox 360, but i hope to have one in the near future. I'm not one of those console bashers, i'm more about the free-love for all consoles. However, the lack of proper customer support is, quite frankly, pretty disgusting. And I'm pretty sure that they'll blame your connection for this depressingly slow download.
